In the past six years, Night of Wine and Roses has raised over $2.5 million to support the American Cancer Society’s mission to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. It is one of New Jersey’s premier fundraising events with national notoriety.

6:30pm | Doors Open

At check-in each attendee individually provides their name to one of the check-in attendants. Check-in attendants will ask guests for their mobile number to receive their personal link to our mobile bidding page as well as their table assignment. Guests will be asked to pre-swipe their credit card for expedited check-out at the close of the gala. This helps ensures a seamless checkout at the end of the event and so guests do not need to pull out their card as donations are made during the evening from instant win to silent auction.

6:30pm – 8:00pm | Craft cocktails, festive hors d’oeuvres, Instant Win,  & silent auction

Silent Auction: Over 100 baskets and gift cards to bid on. Place your bid and keep watch as someone may out-bid you!

Cocktail stations close at 8:00pm. Please find your seat in the ballroom.

8:00-8:15pm | Guests to find their seats in the Ballroom

Our Program begins promptly at 8:15pm. Servers will come to your table to take your dinner order. 

8:15pm – 9:15pm | Program, Dinner, and honoree awards

Our Wine and Roses has long tradition of honoring those who make a living impact on the lives of cancer patients and their families; and we are pleased to recognize our 2026 Medical Honoree and Patricia Pearson, Ninth Annual Judith A. Hoffman Humanitarian Awardees.

9:15pm | Dancing, 360 Photo booth and Entertainment

Alter Ego will have you dancing under the stars and singing along to your favorite tunes. These musical luminaries will light up the night with joy and energy.

10:00 pm | Silent Auction Bidding Closes 

For Silent Auction Closing – ACS staff will be manually closing the auction and manually entering the final bids into the system. SILENT AUCTION CHECKOUT will not begin until 10:30pm. If the staff are finished earlier than that time an announcement will be made from the stage. Please allow ample time for our staff to accurately handle check out. At 10:00pm guests are encouraged to re-enter the ballroom, enjoy the entertainment, the 360 photo booth, dessert and coffee. Thank you!

Guests are not permitted to remove silent auction packages from the tables. They will be brought to the guests in the checkout room. 

10:30 pm | Auction Check Out opens

Once our check-out attendants have entered all sales we will open the check-out room (cocktail room). Guests will be asked to give their name or the bidder number they used throughout the night to our check-out attendants. Our auction runners will retrieve your winnings and bring them to you in the cocktail room. You do not have to check out at exactly 10:30 PM – please feel free to enjoy the music and festivities in the ballroom until 11pm.
