6:30pm | Doors Open

At check-in each attendee individually provides their name to one of the check-in attendants. Guests will receive their guest card with their table number and bidder number for the evening. Check-in attendants will ask guests to pre-swipe your credit card for expedited check-out at the close of the gala. This helps ensures a seamless checkout at the end of the event. This ensures guest do not need to pull out their card as donations are made during the evening from instant win to silent auction.
