6:30pm | Doors Open

At check-in each attendee individually provides their name to one of the check-in attendants. Check-in attendants will ask guests for their mobile number to receive notifications. Guests will be asked to pre-swipe their credit card for expedited check-out at the close of the gala. This helps ensures a seamless checkout at the end of the event and so guests do not need to pull out their card as donations are made during the evening from instant win to silent auction.

6:30pm – 8:00pm | Photos, Craft cocktails, festive hors d’oeuvres, Instant Win,  and Silent Auction

• Snap a photo at the step & repeat and receive a complimentary keepsake!
• Enjoy entertainment by Outsourced!
• Instant Win: Everyone wins! Donate $25, pull a number, take home the prize that matches your number!
• Cork Pull: Donate $25, pull a cork, take home the bottle of wine that matches your number!
• Silent Auction: Over 100 baskets and gift cards to bid on. Place your bid and keep watch as someone may out-bid you!
• Cocktail stations close at 8:00pm. Please find your seat in the ballroom.

Our Program begins promptly at 8:00pm. Servers will come to your table to take your dinner order. 

8:00pm – 9:00pm | Program, Dinner, and honoree awards

Our Wine and Roses has long tradition of honoring those who make a living impact on the lives of cancer patients and their families; and we are pleased to recognize Leslie D. Hirsch, our 2026 Medical Honoree and Patricia Pearson, Ninth Annual Judith A. Hoffman Humanitarian Awardee.

9:15pm | Dancing, AI Sketch Robot and Entertainment

• Alter Ego will have you dancing under the stars and singing along to your favorite tunes. These musical luminaries will light up the night with joy and energy.
• Check out the AI Sketch Robot in the back of the ballroom and take home a fun keepsake!
• The Silent Auction will remain open until 10PM.

10:00 pm | Silent Auction Bidding Closes 

• Dessert and Coffee will be placed at your seat in the ballroom. Please return to the ballroom to enjoy live entertainment by Alter Ego!
• Photo booth & dancing remain open!

Guests are not permitted to remove silent auction packages from the tables. They will be brought to the guests in the checkout room. 

10:30 pm | Auction Check Out opens

Once our check-out attendants have entered all sales we will open the check-out room (cocktail room). Guests will be asked to give their name or the bidder number they used throughout the night to our check-out attendants. Our auction runners will retrieve your winnings and bring them to you in the cocktail room. You do not have to check out at exactly 10:30 PM – please feel free to enjoy the music and festivities in the ballroom until 11pm.

Guests are not permitted to remove silent auction packages from the tables. They will be brought to the guests in the checkout room. 

Enjoy a Midnight Snack sponsored by Guardant as you head to the valet. Safe travels home, thank you for your support!
