6:30pm | Doors Open

6:30pm – 8:00pm | Craft cocktails, festive hors d’oeuvres, Instant Win and silent auction

8:oopm – 9:15pm | Dinner, program, & live auction

9:15pm | Dancing, 360 Photo booth and Entertainment

10:30 pm | Mobile Silent Auction Closes – Checkout opens

11:00 pm | Event concludes

Can I use cash for purchases on the night of the event?

Yes.

How can I bid on silent auction items at the event?

Can I make a  donation?

Absolutely, please visit our donation page to make a donation.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will go on sale in early March and are subject to availability.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Absolutely, if you make your donation online you will receive your receipt via email. If you make your donation through check, a receipt will be mailed to you.
